Bmy-100 plastic particle apparent density measuring instrument

1、 Purpose:

Bmy-100 apparent density tester is mainly used to measure the apparent density of plastic loose materials flowing out of the specified funnel. It is an ideal testing instrument for the incoming quality inspection of raw materials in the chemical industry and plastic profile factories. The product meets the requirements of gb/t3402, gb/t1636 and other standards.

Type A:

1. Volume of feeder: 100ml, diameter: 45mm

2. Sampling volume: 110ml-120ml

3. Funnel angle: 40 degrees, hole diameter 33mm

Type B:

1. Volume of feeder: 100ml, diameter: 91mm

2. Sampling volume: 110ml-120ml

3. Funnel angle: 20 degrees, hole diameter: 10mm

4、 Operation method:

a. Open the packing box, take out the tester, and count the parts according to the packing list.

b. Place the tester on a stable workbench.

c. Insert the outlet at the lower part of the stainless steel funnel with a plug plate, and place the receiver under the funnel, which is coaxial with the funnel.

d. Take 110ml-120ml of the sample from the measuring cylinder and slowly put it into the funnel.

e. Quickly remove the plug-in plate and let all samples leak naturally (the receiver filled with samples shall not be vibrated).

f. Scrape the excess sample from the mouth of the feeder with a ruler, and then weigh it on the drug balance, accurate to 0.2g.
