Xnr-400d melt flow rate tester is suitable for measuring the melt index of polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, polyformaldehyde resin, polycarbonate, nylon, fluoroplastics and other high polymer plastic raw materials at high temperature. Because the instrument has the testing functions of mass method (MFR) and volume method (MVR), it can also be used for the determination of ultra-high melt index modified materials. 1. Electrical control system:
This machine is a high configuration model of MFR and MVR, and adopts Taiwan Delta PLC modular independent electric control system. Different product components can be used interchangeably, with strong universality, stable performance, high precision and extremely low failure rate.
The 7-inch delta true color touch screen is used for input, with good man-machine interface and sensitive touch control. For testers who first contact this kind of instrument, it is easy to operate and use.
Mass method (MFR) and volume method (MVR) can be used to test the modified materials with ultra-high melt index.
2. Mechanical parts:
A complete set of weights with eight specifications can meet the load requirements of different material tests. The mechanical loading mode is true and reliable.
The scraping tool is made of 65Mn material. It can be used for a long time. It is wear-resistant and does not deform. The scraping tool is complete without residue.
Cemented carbide high temperature resistant material barrel, corrosion resistant, no deformation at high temperature.
Brass heat conducting rod has high thermal conductivity, short heating and temperature recovery time, and high test efficiency.
The whole covering heating jacket can heat evenly with small temperature fluctuation.
The independent furnace body is filled with asbestos inside, and the hollow design between the outside and the box body reduces heat transfer, energy consumption and scald prevention.
