1、 Overview:


Xjs-50d cement impact tester is used to measure the impact strength of alkali resistant glass fiber reinforced cement paste or mortar. This tester is a necessary instrument for scientific research institutions, quality inspection departments, colleges and universities, and glass fiber reinforced cement manufacturers to inspect products.

3、 Instrument features:


1. Taiwan Delta PLC modular independent electric control system is adopted for the electrical system. Different product components can be interchanged, with strong universality, stable performance, high precision and extremely low failure rate.


2. The pendulum shaft is matched with imported aviation bearings, with small friction resistance, long service life and high precision.


3. The hammer blade is made of manganese steel. After high temperature quenching, the hardness is greatly improved and will not deform after long use.


4. The fuselage and substructure are welded in full contact (not fixed by bolts). The substructure has a large mass, does not shake at the moment of impact, and has little impact on the force value.


5. 3 pendulums can be used independently without increasing or decreasing weights to achieve the required energy and prolong the service life of the pendulum.
