1、 Overview:

Xju-22 cantilever impact tester is used to measure the impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as hard plastics, reinforced nylon, glass fiber reinforced plastics, ceramics, cast stone, plastic electrical appliances and insulating materials. The testing machine can be used for cantilever impact test by the actual research room or inspection department of scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, non-metallic material manufacturers and other units.

3、 Instrument features:

1. The pendulum shaft is matched with imported aviation bearings, with small friction resistance, long service life and high precision.

2. The hammer blade is made of manganese steel. After high temperature quenching, the hardness is greatly improved and will not deform after long use.

3. The fuselage and substructure are welded in full contact (not fixed by bolts). The substructure has a large mass, does not shake at the moment of impact, and has little impact on the force value.
